Benefits Administration Services Associate III

Conduent Business Services- Remote

Monday- Friday between 8 am- 6 pm (1hr. break)

Paid 4 weeks of training is $16.15/hr, and after training is $17.50/hr.

About the Benefits Administration Service Associate role:

As a Benefits Administration Service Team member, you will help people daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing retirement, and/or survivor benefits. You will manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating multiple systems.

Our associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive customer and client experiences. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our client’s success.

Requirements

We’re looking for people passionate about customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in call center environment.

• Previous experience working a caseload or working with retirement benefits.

• Excellent communication skills

• MS Office proficiency, Word and Excel intermediate level

• Great problem-solving skills

• Ability to effectively multi-task

• High school diploma, GED

• Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program.

• Previous experience with CIBLO, DB& or KLG tools.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, based on business needs, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides various benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), vacation, and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $33600- $37800.
