Assisting R&D Engineers with the development of new wire products.
• Job responsibilities are on the wire manufacturing floor and include wire drawing and process development, including the ability to create tools & methods to take a product from the experimental to production state.
• Participating in the planning and analysis of experiments
• Assisting the production department with special projects as needed.

• Machine operation background
• Basic math and computer skills
• Some mechanical skills preferred
• The ability to perform occasional heavy physical work, including lifting 50 pounds
• Previous experience working with metals, machining, and chemical handling preferred
• Self motivated and mechanically creative
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Technical high school diploma or Associate's degree
• 2-3 years Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical background preferred
• Some overtime may be required
