We are seeking an experienced Material Resource Planner to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, managing sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution activities. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing costs, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Proven supervisory experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement roles for more than 5 years.
Skills needed :

Strategic and analytical mindset.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain software and analytics tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.

responsibilities:
Perform daily ordering of all inventory items, including aluminum, steel, small components, powders, tools, and PPE.
Organize repetitive audits, annual inventory counts, and ad hoc spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP system.
Reconcile inventory counts and conduct root cause analysis of discrepancies.
Lead the procurement process from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and favorable terms.
Continuously evaluate and monitor supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of supplier relations and procurement processes.
Analyze spend and historical data to identify opportunities for expenditure reduction.
Coordinate best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement aligned with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and performance with commercial suppliers.
Ensure appropriate communication, reporting, and cooperation with all stakeholders.
Minimize working capital and inventories.
Identify key materials for regional sourcing and initiate sourcing discussions with potential business partners.
Establish production part approval processes and new vendor evaluation programs.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
