Job Summary:

Trane is hiring an Inside Sales and Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for processing Opportunities generated by the Tech Lead program in Salesforce, Following up on and selling Quick Quotes generated by the technicians through the Quick Quote Portal, troubleshooting the Quick Quote and Tech Lead Programs with Technicians and Office Personnel, Onboarding support for the Quick Quote and Tech Lead processes, paying Quick Quote and Tech Lead Commissions, Backing up Service Systems Coordinators, managing Appruv. This position is required to closely interact with an energetic group including Customers, Account Mangers, Technicians, and Team Members to ensure the success of our fulfillment operations and workflows. This position will also manage the data reporting for QQ/TL processes and disseminate that paperwork to the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Tech Leads

  • Follow Up on Quick Quotes/Marking them Sold

  • Paying the technicians on Quick Quotes and Tech Leads/Running Excel Report

  • Managing the Appruv Process. Inviting vendors

  • and managing current vendors for Regional Service Group.

  • Provide backup assistance to the SSC Role.

  • Credit Approvals

  • PO Acknowledgements

  • Transitions

  • Account Creation

  • Location Creation

  • Asset management in Salesforce.

Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

***Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, experience, geographic location where the work is performed, etc.

This role has been designated as On-Site – In-person required .  Work must be done on-site daily.   *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
