Join the Nationwide Auto Services team!time Job Description This position is full-time at our corporate office in Carrollton, TX. The position is the coordinator of all activities related to field operations time reconciliation and travel coordination. This position will work closely with our Operations Manager, office staff personnel, Customers, and employees. Occasional nights and weekend calls from employees to assist with travel arrangements may occur. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs daily time reconciliation updates for the NAS field team, working with personnel, field supervisors, and customers to confirm the correct hours. Audits for time accuracy and integrity. Escalates to management for time concerns and approval. Supports Accounting department with payroll activities and time confirmations and changes. Oversee daily attendance for the field: communicate, resolve, and document attendance misses. Coordinates travel activities for the field team: Communicate with field personnel to book airfare, lodging, and rental cars. Work with approved travel vendors to find affordable, safe, and comfortable lodging. Document all travel purchases in Travel database, including sorting travel receipts for Accounting. Assist with lodging audits and verification of folios. As needed, follow up with vendors to secure refunds. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements The person in this position should at least meet the following: Preferred to have travel industry or travel coordination experience. Must be organized and high attention to detail. Must have strong computer and data entry skills. Must have strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to create and adapt to new methods, processes, and systems. Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure. While not frequent, must be flexible to work nights/weekends when travel issues arise. Must be self-motivated and able to conduct oneself in a professional manner. Must be able to work within and be actively engaged and involved in a team environment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years in related field is required.
