We are hiring immediately for a full time ADMIN ASSISTANT position.
Location: Parks Coffee - 1115 Crowley Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006
Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Customer service, computer literacy; Outlook, Word and Excel experience required.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary:
We are looking for a confident administrative associate with good communication and interpersonal skills that can assist customers with scheduling appointments, account management, billing/invoicing, and providing customers with detailed product information and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Setting service appointments and schedules with customers
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
Corresponding with other departments via internal email
Transferring/forwarding calls/emails to appropriate departments
Billing management and invoicing discussions
Forwarding invoice disputes to Supervisors/Managers
Creating new accounts and modifying/updating account details
Navigating within private operating system (Prism and Servquest)
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Computer literacy
Prior Outlook, Word, Excel experience
