salary: $13 - $13.01 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally via various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.

  • Providing Assistance: Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and providing guidance on services or policies.

  • Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's database or CRM system for future reference and analysis.

  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Following up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily and seeking feedback to continuously improve service quality.

  • Adhering to Company Policies: Following company guidelines, procedures, and protocols when interacting with customers and handling sensitive information to maintain confidentiality and security.

  • Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices through training programs and self-study to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Maintaining Professionalism: Representing the company in a positive light by displaying professionalism, courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions with customers.
