Job Title: Replenishment - Forklift Driver

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move products and pallets throughout the facility. This role involves working with RF scanners, performing inventory counts, and preparing products for shipment. We offer multiple shift options to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts

• Move products and pallets throughout the facility

• Pick products using an RF scanner

• Perform inventory and cycle counts

• Review pick sheets and order sheets

• Verify picks with RF scanners

• Prepare products for shipment

• Move materials using various equipment

Essential Skills

• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts

• Ability to learn to operate a cherry picker

• Proficiency in using RF scanners

• Experience with loading and unloading

• Knowledge of inventory control

• Basic computer data entry skills

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to use iPads and smartphones

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk, picker, or in a similar role

• Familiarity with using pallet jacks

Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic warehouse and office setting, alongside over 100 employees. The warehouse is divided into six major departments: ITAD, Lab (Config techs), S/R, Inventory, Picking, and Special Projects. We typically run two shifts, but during peak seasons, a third shift may be added to meet increased demand.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, Illinois.
