Join our team as a Title Specialist, where you'll be crucial in managing the title and salvage processes for a leading North American salvage auto auction company. This position requires a dedicated individual who can handle detailed work with precision, as the role involves reviewing, researching, and processing titles for insurance customers across Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. Your day-to-day tasks will include applying for salvage titles, setting up sales processes, and staying updated with title/salvage laws across multiple states. You will also answer inbound calls, providing updates and resolving issues regarding title processing. This role demands high attention to detail as any discrepancy in the titles can lead to rejection.

Hard Skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process titles accurately

  • Knowledge of title/salvage laws across multiple states

  • Capability to handle high volumes of title processing (60 titles a day)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and providing information

  • Strong organizational skills

  • High reliability and commitment to maintaining perfect attendance, especially during the initial training period

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Carmel, Indiana.

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a brand-new office with an open and tall cubicle layout, located on the second floor. The position requires a business casual dress code and operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed. Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break are provided. Attendance is crucial, especially during the first two weeks of training, with a point system in place for tracking.
