Work with your hands, stay on the move, solve problems, never get bored, and never stop learning! As a commercial property management Maintenance Technician, you'll prepare space for new tenants, make repairs for the property, and perform upkeep to make the building the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical. - Range of work and knowledge: You'll be called on to fix problems with plumbing, electrical, landscaping, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more.
