We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supervisor to lead a team of Technical Applications Specialists specializing in Sequencing (NGS and Capillary Electrophoresis). Lead and guide a team of Technical Application Support Scientists in Sequencing (NGS and Capillary Electrophoresis) to achieve strong performance and career development.

Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the Services and Support Team.

Keys to Success:
Education
- BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience in life sciences preferred.
Experience
5+ years of experience in technical support, customer care, or in a similar field, ideally with first-hand sequencing experience; 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
Strong numerical reasoning, scientific proficiency, and technical support experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully engage with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of clear, concise communication.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.
