Adecco US, Inc. HOA Community Manager in Carlsbad, California

We are assisting a local client in seeking an experienced and motivated HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowners associations in the Carlsbad area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of community regulations, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. This is a reputable property management company specializing in HOA management, committed to providing exceptional service and fostering vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned HOAs, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local regulations.

  • Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and monitor expenditures to ensure financial health of the associations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the HOA boards and residents, facilitating effective communication and addressing concerns.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and community improvements.

  • Organize community events and meetings to foster resident engagement and strengthen community ties.

  • Address resident inquiries and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HOA management or property management.

  • Strong knowledge of California HOA laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Certification from CAI (Community Associations Institute) or equivalent preferred.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
