Description
Our dynamic finance team is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join us. In this role, you'll handle all accounts payable operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, payment processing, and expense reports.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoice processing, cheques, and payment procedures.
Execute day-to-day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Prepare reports detailing accounts payable status.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Maintain vendor filing system.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
Strong understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
