Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Full time 40-50 hours per week. Year round, indoors, construction work.
Job Description
Join our team as a Concrete Technician, where you will be actively involved in the wet casting of custom precast structures and walls. Your responsibilities will include setting up, forming, and finishing processes. You will work from blueprints, potentially custom-made by clients, to create forms. You will also be involved in placing cages into forms and pouring concrete, ensuring that all measurements and formwork align with specific requirements.
Key Skills
1+ years experience in carpentry, forming, framing, or concrete work
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
Wages
- $24-28/hr
Work Environment
Day shifts typically start at 7am, with flexibility up to an 8am start, ending at 5pm. Work consists of 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
Afternoon and night shifts are also available, starting at 10am and 10pm.
The work is primarily indoors, but includes working in an outdoor yard. The environment can be a bit dirty and dusty due to the nature of concrete product manufacturing.
