Lead CapEx spending Management at the plant; ensure production requirements are met; analyze production reports, track production output and scrap reports; lead continuous improvement teams and establish continuous improvement plans related to position responsibilities; work in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the company's safety rules and regulations; monitor and improve efficiencies of process control by ensuring correct and efficient operation of all manufacturing functions; provide and maintain equipment and processes that are capable of producing products and assemblies, which meet all customer requirements; support and participate in EHS objectives, including Carbon Reduction; assist plant manager in forecasting manpower requirements; ensure compliance to procedures, functional performance and acceptability to contractual requirements; manage employees by ensuring quality, quantity, customer schedules and specifications are met; coordinate action plans to ensure customer requirements on PPM standards are achieved; lead team in APQP; analyze, develop and implement solutions to solve Controls-related problems; and create and Maintain Engineering Expenses budget. Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience in leading product launch activities in an automobile manufacturing plant, including fixing issues, analyzing root cause, and developing countermeasure (Engineering changes) DRBFM, FMEA, IPO, PDCA, problem-solving tools.
