About the Opportunity

Being the IT Service Manager Responsible for :

  • All aspects of running the live service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Service performance management.

  • Service relationship management.

  • Service performance reporting.

  • Service capacity management.

  • Service Change Management

  • Champion Service improvement activities.

  • Conduct Staff management and some line management responsibilities

  • Contribute to technical roadmap requirements

  • Key stakeholder in the capability planning group.

  • Worked with Gov/MOD client delivery projects / support services

  • Some commercial acumen

  • IT Systems delivery Support

  • Ability to achieve SC Clearance

Travel: Some travel to Key Sights where staff are located periodically

  • North West Cumbria and Manchester area

  • Midlands Derby

  • South West Corsham

  • South East London
