SHIFTS AND HOURS
Evening Shift, 4x Week
20–29 hours per week
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.
Schedule appointments and receive visitors.
Greet visitors and direct family members to the room when indicated.
Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.
Compile patient folders.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or GED Equivalent.
