Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder Fabricator specializing in Structural MIG. This full-time position offers $20-$23 per hour and operates on the 3rd shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday with potential additional hours on Thursdays and before shifts. This role is based in Canton, OH and involves performing MIG weld fabrication on structural steel, and occasionally on stainless steel, utilizing O52 wire for welding thick plates in single passes. The position also requires reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and handling materials with overhead cranes, while ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.

Currently, there are about 8 employees working during the night shifts, with plans to significantly increase this number.
