TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work on-site with a well-known software solutions company in the Canton, OH area. If you are looking to gain additional customer service experience at a great company - apply today!

  • Pay: $18.23/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm OR 9:30am-6:00pm

  • Office is located in Canton, OH area

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails from platform users with inquiries/issues

  • 80% of day will be email correspondence and 20% will be phone calls

  • Answer questions pertaining to payment info, account balance, etc.

  • Occasionally handle calls from users with late payments/frozen accounts

  • Assist users with uploading money into their accounts

  • Assist with password reset help

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ year of call center/customer service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to work in office M-F
