This position is responsible to perform a variety of duties related to operations of the Risk Management functions, including Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk Review, and Compliance:

• Assist in developing and formatting Key Risk Indicator (KRI) dashboards and Board of Director risk related reports.
• Assist in Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework migration from Excel spreadsheets to RCSA software.
• Implement Power BI KRI data visualizations in RCSA software.
• Assist with Credit Risk Review automation and software implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.

Education, Training and Requirements: Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in the areas of Business, Economics, Statistics or Data Analytics.

Skills: Proficient organizational, analytical, communication, grammar, interpersonal relations, customer service and problem-solving skills. Required personal characteristics include, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, independent judgment with strong analytical and risk assessment skills, ability to adapt to change and unquestioned integrity, ethics and values. A strong attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate and reliable work products. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Excel skills.

Other: Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values; a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility. Required to maintain confidentiality of sensitive non-public information. Comply with data privacy and information security policies.

Hours: Academic term hours are flexible. 10-15 hours per week during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
