MAPCO Manufacturing 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operator in Canton, Michigan
MAPCO Manufacturing 5740 Beck Rd. Canton Mi. 48188 is actively searching for an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to join their second shift team. Must be self starter. Full benefits after 60 days, including health care. Experience with Swiss type CNC lathes is not necessary, but background in CNC machining and/or gages (calipers, micrometers) is a plus. Pay offered will be based on experience ($18.00 to $23.00/hour). Growing, family owned, job shop environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Load/unload precision parts into a variety of CNC Swiss Lathes / bar-fed Lathes, and periphery equipment.
- Inspect parts using a variety of gages.
- Deburr, clean and pack parts.
- Complete in process inspections and documentation.
- Assist personnel and departments.
- Ensure production requirements are met.
- Maintain working areas.

Shift is full time, and standard 8 hour schedule is 4:15 pm to 12:45 am, Monday through Friday.
9 hour schedule is 4:15 pm to 1:45 am.
10 hour schedule is 4:15 pm to 2:45 am (typical).
