Are you an experienced Medical Front Office Specialist looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for people with great customer service and professional healthcare professionals who love helping patients. We are looking for qualified Medical Front Office Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be in cardiovascular department of a large health system in Holly Springs, GA. HOURS: Mon- Fri 730am-4pm
salary: $15 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Obtain complete and accurate patient demographic, financial and insurance information
Obtains new medical record numbers
Enters all patient information into the registration system
Greets all guest with a positive and professional attitude
Completes financial evaluation forms
Maintains a list of health care financial assistance programs
Sorts and files various documents
Conducts intensive screening of all Medicare, Medicaid and managed care patients
Gathers appropriate identification for patient and confirms all patient demographics
