Key Responsibilities
- *Helping Residents: *Follow the nurse's instructions to take care of residents.
- Nursing Support: Assist with simple medical tasks as needed.
- Personal Care: Help residents with things like bathing and taking care of their skin.
- Helping Residents Move: Make sure residents move safely and stay active.
- *Home Health Support: *Help with household chores to keep the home healthy and clean.
- *Keeping the Home Safe: *Make sure the home is tidy and safe for everyone.
- Medicine Reminders: Remind residents to take their medicine on time.
- Communication: Let the nurses know if a resident's health changes.
- Writing Notes: Keep a record of how you're helping the residents.
- Learning: Take part in training sessions to learn new skills.
- *Working with Nurses: *Work closely with nurses to give the best care possible.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is nice to have, but not required.
- A kind and caring personality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
