The IT Senior Manager role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and other IT teams to align technology solutions and/or processes with IT and business strategies. This role demonstrates strong knowledge of systems and associated business processes and contribute to implementation of solutions and capabilities that address critical and strategic business needs and assist with improvement of business processes on an ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Responsible for working closely with business & IT stakeholders for Solutions design, development and implementation for North America Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Revenue Management business functions.

Act as Product Owner for applications within portfolio and support ongoing improvement and Projects.

Develop strong business acumen, including an understanding of Viatris products portfolio, current systems, and business processes.

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on systems functional design, architectural design, interfaces design between systems and data management.

Collaborate and establish strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and mange stakeholder expectations with consistent communication in delivering solutions and issue resolutions.

Partner with the global IT team, vendors and champion technologies & capabilities related to supporting business functions, influence, prioritize and develop capability roadmaps across channels for the NA region.

Ability to establish yourself as a "thought partner" with internal customers.

Partner closely with business leads to identify business strategic needs and process improvements.

Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

Facilitate process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.

Support testing and validation of processes and systems to ensure adherence functional requirements.

Maintain current understanding of trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and investment levels in relevant business processes. Play a supporting role to help shape and inform strategy.

Lead North America commercial projects/initiatives from ideation to completion partnering with Global IT team, Business stakeholders and Vendors.

Facilitate process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.

Support testing and validation of processes and systems to ensure adherence functional requirements.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude while performing as a team player.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including relationship building and management skills, with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years Information Technology experience required.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business Analysis & Requirements gathering required.

Minimum of 5 years' technical and functional experti e in Model N Flex and Validata required.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Manufacturer required.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Partnering and Supporting Contract administration, Chargebacks, Commercial Rebates, Managed Care Rebates, Medicaid, and/or Government Reporting business processes required.

Minimum of 2 years' experience & knowledge with Salesforce.com preferred.

Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements (Strong BRD experience).

Knowledge of IT full-lifecycle software development processes and project methodologies (including agile).

Must be able to develop strategic partnerships with business customers.

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including relationship building and management skills, with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.

Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment.

Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environment.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

PMP preferred.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $193,000.
