Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are actively seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production, meeting production goals consistently. You will quickly become familiar with our manufacturing equipment/systems and maintenance program. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you take on tasks such as troubleshooting, determining corrective action, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of electrical and electronic systems.

Hard Skills

  • 2 Years of Industrial Maintenance experience

  • Experience working with motors, controls, power supplies, and AC/DC Theory

  • Experience working with Power distribution, VFD's, and PLC's

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our facility is an industrial environment, focused on steel manufacturing. We have a robust mill and perform a variety of procedures including hot rolling and processing. We manufacture specialty sheets of metal, rolled strips of metal, or even plates of metal through melting, hot rolling, and slitting. Your work schedule will be a Monday-Friday, 3 turn format shift. The shifts rotate every week and are 10-12 hours long with overtime after 8 hours. 1st shift starts at 6AM, 2nd shift at 2PM, and 3rd shift at 10PM. Additional shift differentials and production bonuses are provided
