Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21.95 /hour
What you'll be doing as an Assembly And Finishing Worker:
Get Hands on during construction of core and coil assemblies, and work to put the finishing touches on finished electrical transformers to prepare for shipment.
Use of mechanical and electrical drawings
Position involves hands on mechanical work using many different tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner.
Construction and QA of core and coil assembly and associated tanking procedures.
Prep tank, cover, insert unit, install and connect internal and external accessories and adjust to proper clearance.
Process unit for testing and prepare for shipment.
Keep work area neat, safe, and clean.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends
Job requirements:
Heavy lifting required.
Ability to use various hand tools, overhead cranes
Forklift, power tools, hydraulic equipment, air tools, hot oil systems, vaccum pumps, scaffolding, ladders, battery powered lifting equipment and other various tools.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, climb ladders up to 80ft.
Background check and drug test required
