We are seeking a Team Leader to join the team at our program in Canonsburg, PA, supporting Washington and Greene Counties Earn $72,000/year Position Details The team leader establishes, administers, and directs the program of the Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment Team, self-contained clinical teams which assume responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. Supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients, and functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Masters' Degree in the human services field of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, or Psychology. Supervisory and program management experience is required. License eligible. This candidate also must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This candidate must have a clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and be knowledgeable about the ACT model.
