City Of Canon City Deputy Municipal Court Clerk in Canon City, Colorado
Under general supervision, performs a variety of scheduling, administrative support, record keeping, and customer service tasks for the Ca on City Municipal Court. These include:
Perform reception and cashiering duties for municipal court, directing public to appropriate staff or attorneys, providing information in accordance with policies and regulations, and receiving and posting payments. Prepare and submit cash report and monies for deposit to appropriate accounts. Update defendants' case files and tracks adherence to payment schedules, sentences, and court-ordered classes. Prepare legal notices, court documents, correspondence and trial information for City Prosecutor, attorneys, animal control officers, and police officers. Process and tracks summons, complaints, and parking tickets.
