The Restaurant Manager of the Wayfarer will play an important role on the Martin North leadership team, demonstrating the highest standard of guest service to her or his colleagues and staff, and leading each day with a professionalism and enthusiasm that sets an example for the entire restaurant and catering and events team. The Restaurant Manager must be skilled at guest service, team building and training, trouble shooting, operational efficiency and restaurant management. Above all, they are the keeper of our guests' consistent, delicious, memorable and exceptionally high quality dining experiences, which is instrumental to the restaurant's continued success. Position reports to Wayfarer General Manager. Primary responsibilities include overall management of team and daily operations of the Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge. The RM will uphold Martin North's commitment to people as well as policies and procedures to ensure that the highest level of profitability and guest service is achieved. This individual is also responsible for budgets and ensuring that the management plan is effectively working at all times. Ensures that the guest's needs are fully met; and that the employees' morale and attitudes remain strong and positive.
