Pay Rate: $56.07 hourly

Language Premium: English/Spanish

What will you do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate?

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will help improve the customer experience by providing in station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time – as promised. You will be responsible for communicating with customers directly, in person or via phone and email, and supporting them with resolving issues as well as setting appropriate expectations. You will also help connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your role goes beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it’s making sure we put smiles on customer’s faces.

What are your hours?

This role requires working hours to match when customers need us most. Your work week is minimum 48 hours per week, for example: 6x8hrs. In order to match our customer demand, we schedule shifts within the operating hours of 07:00 and 19:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. You will receive your work schedule in advance. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.

Basic Qualifications

What qualifications do we need from you?

  • Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in Mexico without restrictions

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency)

  • Proficient computer skills (experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook)

  • High School or equivalent diploma

  • Official ID

  • Live in Cancun, Qroo

  • Previous experience in Customer Service

  • Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Carry, lift, push and pull up to 49 pounds

  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours

  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)

  • Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled
