IHG Food and Beverage Attendant (Part-time and Casual) in Canberra, Australia
Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for Food and Beverage attendants (Part-time or Casual) to join our great team. As a Food & Beverage attendant at the Crowne Plaza Canberra, you'll support operations across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and Conferencing.
A little taste of your day to day
Providing exceptional service, ensuring guest enquiries followed through in a professional manner
Understanding the menu and promotional activities
Handling cash and credit transactions
Setting up and packing down functions and events
Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across out Food & Beverage Offerings
*What We need from you: *
Communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail – creating amazing guest service moments with the team
Flexibility - working weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required
Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
You must have a working rights in Australia
A current RSA certificate
