Schedule: Part time, days, 7a-3p. Every other weekend and holiday requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
Maintains responsibility for all nursing care administered in conjunction with the Nurse Manager
Administers medications to residents
Gives direct care to residents, performs treatments as indicated
Assure that physicians' orders are carried out and integrated into a resident care plan
Documents information on residents' records according to policy and procedure
Directs nursing assistants in the care of residents
Instructs associates in the use of specific techniques
May be required to work as Charge Nurse
Requirements:
Valid NYS license as an LPN
1 yr. experience in Long Term Care or acute care would be preferred
Experience with guiding nursing through the regulatory survey process
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work rotating weekends and holidays
Position pay range: $23.50-32.00/hour
Starting Pay: Based on experience
