Position Summary:

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for achieving growth and meeting/exceeding sales target KPIs by successfully managing the sales team for all DS business units in their region. ​

Areas of Responsibilities:​

  1. Lead and coach regional team on selling the workflow solutions, business of dentistry and help create more synergy.​

  2. Manage business execution with channel partners in each branch of their area of responsibility, foster long-lasting relationships by understanding their aspirations, and partner on local opportunities for mutual growth. ​

  3. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal network, and participating in professional societies.​

  4. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions​

  • Sales Director (Leader Execution)​

  • Channel Team​

  • Sales representatives​

  • ​Product and Marketing Commercial team

Measure of Success: ​

  1. Area's sales and profit KPIs​

  2. Sales team engagement and empowerment toward the achievement of sales objectives and activities​

Experince and Education requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree

  • Min 5 years experience in delivering/exceeding sales targets

  • Previous experience successfully managing field sales representatives

  • Dental sales/management experience an asset
