Position Title :

Administrative Assistant - Power and Recovery

Pay Rate :

$47,300 – $60,000

Category/Shift :

Non-exempt Salaried Full-Time

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Maintain updated Crew Roster

  • Maintain Mill Shut Schedule for the Power and Recovery Department

  • Schedule training for hourly crews and associated with the Manning Schedule

  • Maintain SharePoint files

  • Responsible for various department audits collection and reporting

  • Responsible for auditing department timekeeping records and informing management team of attendance records and disciplinary action associated

  • Collect Check-it cards for hourly and salary team members and report to the safety department

  • Collect receipts for safety boots and submit to payroll for processing

  • Maintain department radio’s for communication

  • Assist with travel arrangements, including approval forms, registration forms, and submit travel expense reports

  • Coordinate retirement gatherings for Power and Recovery team members

  • Maintain record of tall oil shipments and daily cooks to report to the finance department

  • Maintain purchase card statements for department

  • Manage office supplies

  • Other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required

  • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative/clerical position

  • Good written and oral communications skills

  • Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Office, SAP, time-keeping systems
