U.S. Marine Corps SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Camp Pendleton, California

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Environmental Security Directorate, Program and Fiscal Management Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will coordinate all aspect and requirements of MCIWEST-MCB CamPen and MCIWEST installations environmental compliance and natural resources programs. You will program, coordinate and schedule resources to accomplish the execution of work through the most efficient utilization of manpower, materials and equipment. You will develop and recommend the adoption of management practice for the Base and Regional Installations. You will assist, advise and develop assessments for MCIWEST-CamPen ES and MCIWEST environmental offices, develop program goals and objectives and determine environmental programs to be initiated, broadened or stopped. You will be responsible for developing, monitoring and tracking Environmental Compliance Evaluation (ECE) deficiencies, ensuring corrective actions are initiated. You will provide input for regional prioritization decisions related to Environmental Restoration Account, Navy (ERN), remediation projects that impact all Marine Corps Bases in EPA Region IX, and to funding administrators at NAVFAC Southwest. You will interpret and implement new and/or revised program policy directives and program materials from higher authority or regulatory agencies. You will plan and direct the shirt-term and long-term work schedules of subordinate employees to ensure flow and distribution or work, handling of priority project and meeting deadlines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating all aspects and requirements for environmental compliance and natural resource programs, scheduling resources of manpower, materials and equipment for project completion, and developing environmental assessments, plans and recommendations to support environmental programs.
