The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.

The Role

The Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Camp Hill, PA is on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to assist in planning, soliciting and booking business for the property. This position will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve sales targets and enhance the hotel's market presence.

What you'll do

  • You'll conduct site inspections

  • Maximize revenue by selling all aspects of the hotel

  • Handle account details so that all aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented

  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with corporate, business and travel industry accounts

You'll be successful if you have

  • Knowledge of the hotel structure and how all departments interact

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints

  • The ability to make decisions and anticipate potential problems

  • A desire to grow with the company

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field.

  • 2 or more years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
