Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Service Manager
Job Description
As a PM, you will drive company vehicles to client sites primarily within a one-hour radius of Kansas City. Your main responsibilities will include leading and assisting a team of industrial cleaners in performing vacuuming, hydro-blasting, media blasting, and chemical cleaning operations. You will assess each site to determine the necessary cleaning service, coordinate with client staff and your team during all phases of the cleaning process, and have the opportunity to upsell services. Providing excellent customer service and adhering to the highest safety standards are paramount in this role. This position is primarily first shift, but flexibility is required during the busy seasons of spring and fall, which may include on-call responsibilities or weekend work. During summer and winter, workload may vary, leading to reduced hours or shop work.
