GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will support the organization by maintaining, monitoring and analyzing master data, key data elements, and master data relationships within the organization. Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs). Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements. As a Senior Business Analyst, will be the point person for complex projects and company initiatives. Will attend meetings and serve as the Subject Matter Experts required to understand the business process and work with business partners to ensure all key stake holders are informed of master data changes. Must be able to set up the master data and demonstrate command of the correlation and the impact on the Sales Reporting, IDP Handheld Level, Trade Systems (E4) and our businesses partner processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 25% Build and Govern processes that support data timeliness and accuracy to ensure that key milestones are achieved and business process function effectively 25% Owns the accuracy of managed data in all relevant systems at all times 10% Builds mastery in key systems in order to support current and future continuous improvement efforts 15% Collaborate cross-functionally with other functions (supply chain, DSD Support, Partner Brands, Account Receivable, Brand Finance, DSD Route Transaction Management, Frontline Sales team, etc.) to ensure that data management processes are being followed and that data is being shared at the appropriate times to keep initiatives moving forward 15% Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in the systems and processes that support the efficient and effective maintenance of data 10% Enforce data integrity requirements to maintain the accuracy and completeness of key data 15% Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities across the company across multiple data domains including but not limited to: Customer, Pricing, IDP and Route Maintenance COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE: This position is responsible for all aspects of master data governance to ensure accurate and timely data across various systems. This position also collaborates cross-functionally to ensure that critical data is shared at the appropriate times. This position will pursue continues improvement in the systems and process that support the maintenance of key data and provides adhoc data analysis required to support the business/special projects.
