Who we are looking for... As the Senior Manager - IT PMO-Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the Data Platforms and Governance (DPG) portfolio. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of PMO methodologies (Waterfall + Agile), implementing process improvements, driving efficiency, and providing visibility across the DPG workstream. You will also be responsible for facilitating key RTE ceremonies in accordance with SAFe methodologies. This includes, but not limited to, PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt, Problem Solving, Solution Train, etc. What you will do... Be the primary RTE lead and work closely with scrum masters, product owners, tower leaders and all other stakeholders to successfully deploy DPG initiatives. Ensure adherence to project management processes and monitor compliance against established standards. Maintain project governance process across the defined Stage Gate process: project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Provide guidance and support to project managers and/or scrum masters, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budget, and deliverables. Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate communication channels to foster collaboration, transparency and effective decision making. Contribute to the presentation of Portfolio reviews across IT functions using CPB standard tools. Continuously assess and improve PM processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality through frequent collaboration with all ITPMO stakeholders. Identify opportunities for automation of PM tools and techniques. Lead a team scrum masters to deliver IT initiatives. What you bring to the table... Extensive project management experience in leading cross-functional teams on multiple complex projects. Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc) and associated tools Ability to interact and manage different stakeholders throughout the organization. It would be great if you have... 7 plus years professional experience including three years in project/program management in a customer facing role. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a geographically distributed or matrix team. Excellent internal and external written and verbal communication skills.
