Robert Half Paralegal in Camden, New Jersey
Description We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal with specialization in Personal Injury law to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This role involves managing cases, drafting pleadings, motions, and interrogatories, and shifting case management systems. This position provides a unique opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Personal Injury cases effectively and efficiently
• Draft comprehensive pleadings, interrogatories, and motions as required
• Proficiently handle complaint administration and claim administration tasks
• Familiarize and adapt to new case management systems, transitioning from Time Matters to LEAP
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks
• Perform billing functions and maintain accurate records
• Manage calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
• Provide regular updates to attorneys about case progress
• Ensure all legal documentation is properly filed and organized
• Use excellent communication skills to resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Familiarity with LexisNexis
• Knowledge of Management Systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to perform Billing Functions
• Experience in Briefing
• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Paralegal certification or relevant qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
