Job Description:

The Senior Principal, Product Manager is a key product-centric leadership role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Camden facility. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve a product line’s delivery, quality and cost goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Managing all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production

  • Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm

  • Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet delivery commitments

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • Managing financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT.

  • 70% - Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to delivery, quality, schedule, cost, and performance.

  • 30% - Interface with site leadership, program management, and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment. Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience in product management, Graduate Degree with 13 years prior experience in product management. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience in product management.

  • Active Secret level US Security Clearance

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision. Experience and familiarity with MS Office products required.

  • Experience with manufacturing in the aerospace industry is highly desired.
