Job Description:
- Performing preventative maintenance and maintaining the operation of production equipment by working with operators and other staff to identify and correct potential issues that could create downtime
- Working closely with the Maintenance Leadership team on Maintenance issues (schedule PM(s), training, project coordination.
- Performing the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, assisting wherever needed regardless of department (production, building or Plant Utilities)
- Ensuring the daily logs, PM(s), and CWO(s) are being filled out properly before being submitted
- Documenting any issues that require follow-up repairs/replacement and submit to generate work orders or add to PM(s) in SAP (CMMS).
Important Details: employees work 12-hour shifts (5am to 5pm or 5pm to 5am), earning full time hours while only working an average of 14 days per month. Rotating weekends required: employees scheduled to have every other long weekend (Friday through Sunday) off.
About You:
Youll fit right in if you have:
- 3-years Industrial maintenance experience, or a 2 year Electrical/Mechanical degree with 1-year of industrial maintenance experience.
- Certificate training or a two-year technical degree is a plus!
- Working knowledge of aseptic packaging or low acid manufacturing preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience to include VFD, servo driven machinery, process control equipment, cartoner, case packer, palletizer experience desired.
- Ability to work from manuals and prints
