Responsibilities

  • Oversee the seamless operation of our Restaurant, as a pivotal role in the day-to-day management
  • Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvements
  • Work hands-on with the FandB team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings
  • Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiencies
  • Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations
  • Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures :::

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Self-motivated with strong leadership,communicationand administration skills?
  • A passion for FandB and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Previousexperience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired
