Job Description
RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE OPERATIONS PERSONNEL (ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE), Economics-Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) (two openings, part-time, 20 hrs/wk.), to support the work of a global research center that is working to reduce poverty. Will provide front desk, administrative, and general office support to the lab. Job responsibilities include front desk/reception area management, office operations support, tracking supply inventory, coordinating with external vendors for reoccurring weekly and monthly catering needs, and maintaining conference rooms and common areas. Job Requirements
REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent, at least two years of experience in a professional work environment and relevant administrative support experience, attention to detail, ability to work on projects independently yet accept supervision, strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to properly prioritize tasks and handle several different projects/tasks at one time, experience with computer applications, and comfort learning new applications.
