AUDIO VISUAL (AV) SERVICES SUPERVISOR, Sloan School of Management-Technology Services, to play a pivotal role in the success of Sloan’s diverse and dynamic events. Will oversee on-site supervision of AV technicians and contractors, ensuring flawless execution of high-profile events both on campus and online; collaborate closely with the manager of AV Support Services to schedule and support key gatherings, provide expert consultations to faculty on AV usage, and monitor the seamless operation of AV systems; and guarantee that every event, from the Executive MBA program to VIP events benefits from impeccable AV support. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least two years of experience in AV support for complex events; comprehensive understanding of AV systems; experience with staff supervision and scheduling; excellent customer service and technical communication skills; attention to detail; ability to manage diverse relationships; and experience with technical support and ticketing systems. Seek someone who is proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. PREFERRED: bachelor’s degree. Job #24075-8Salary range: $73,490 - 98,283 - 123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.5/23/24
