ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS, MIT Sloan Executive Education, to manage a portfolio of custom, open enrollment, and institutional programs and be responsible for client and faculty relationship management; program design, planning, budgeting, and educational outcomes; ensuring financial performance of programs; supporting business development team in generating and responding to client requests; leveraging relationships and activities across campus for program and client development; providing organizational leadership in strategic areas such as learning technology for executive education and action learning; and implementing active performance plan and metrics for program portfolio performance.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in a related field; a minimum of five years of industry or executive education programming experience; proven ability to manage the program development process; understanding of business challenges and ability to connect them to faculty expertise; solid interpersonal and communication skills; strategic thinking and collaborative work with corporate senior executives, faculty, and staff; demonstrated competencies such as managing ambiguity, working towards team success, collaborating with others, and focusing on impact and outcomes. Salary range: $73,490 - $98,283 - $123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Work outside standard business hours and travel domestically and internationally required.
