The Job
You will lead the EMEA People Services Admin team, providing a professional, compliant and people focused administrative service. You will be the key point of contact for all HR administration and frontline advisory activities, as well as supporting the EMEA People Services Director to ensure the continuing improvement and compliance of the team’s service delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure excellent People Services customer service with an emphasis on the people experience through coaching and team support
Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of company and legislative requirements in area of responsibility and advising colleagues on the impact of any changes or improvements put forward or required
Ensuring continuous development of service excellence and improvement to deliver a consistently high level of quality service for our colleagues
Responsible for partnering with relevant key HR stakeholders to manage and develop standardised processes and procedures across EMEA, while ensuring team compliance of local legislations
Responsible for creating and maintaining a culture that inspires and empowers the team
Own and manage the development of each team member, and undertaking regular performance reviews
Provide training and ongoing support for People Services team members
Proactively engage with the global HR team and the business to support projects
Actively engage in internal & external audit processes
Act as the point of escalation for your team, and where required, involve the operational leadership team in the resolution of issues
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Experience
At least 3 years’ experience within an EMEA People Services environment
Experience of team management
In depth knowledge of employee lifecycle processes to enable interpretation for policy and guidance to team and customers
Ability to assess and understand underlying risks to delivery and confidence to escalate these in a timely manner
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting deadlines and priorities
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience of working within a large and diverse organisation
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with highly developed customer facing skills
Management of SLA’s and KPI’s
Customer service management
Understanding of Data Protection legislation, its implications, and the need to comply
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of continuous improvement
Experience of training team members
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of HRIS Technology (Workday/ServiceNow)
CIPD qualification
Prior payroll experience
EMEA language skills
