Position Overview:
The Mobile Identities Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mobile identity solutions from concept to deployment. This role focuses on managing, technology partners, cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project objectives related to mobile identity services, including authentication, verification, and digital identity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise and experience in mobile technology, ensuring that identity solutions are implemented efficiently, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Summary:
We are seeking a Mobile Identities Project Delivery Manager to work in collaboration with the sales organization particularly with Sales Professionals and Customer Success Specialists during the sales process and all the way through to post implementation of the Mobile Access Solution.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working on a remote team and with multiple account managers, partners, and end customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Is a motivated, hard-working team player with initiative and able to self-manage showing initiative and capable of communicating at all levels of an organization. As well as a willingness to learn and develop knowledge concerning the Mobile Services delivered while ensuring client satisfaction during the Services contact period.
As our Mobile Identities Project Delivery Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans for the end-to-end delivery of mobile identity solutions, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that scope, budget, and schedule are aligned with business goals.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., technology, product, security, compliance) to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for all mobile identity-related projects, ensuring clear communication with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and potential roadblocks.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, security experts, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Drive accountability across teams, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities within the project.
Foster a collaborative environment and work with teams to solve issues, adjust timelines, and deliver high-quality mobile identity solutions.
Mobile Identity Solution Delivery:
Oversee the delivery of mobile identity services such as biometric authentication, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure digital identity verification processes.
Ensure that mobile identity solutions are designed and implemented in a secure, scalable, and user-friendly manner.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that integration with existing platforms, APIs, and mobile frameworks is seamless.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Ensure mobile identity solutions undergo rigorous testing, including functional, security, and performance testing.
Coordinate with quality assurance teams to track and resolve issues before deployment.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure feedback loops are in place for continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Post-Launch Support:
Track the performance of deployed mobile identity solutions using defined metrics such as user adoption, authentication success rates, and security incidents.
Establish support and maintenance processes to ensure post-launch monitoring, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Lead project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
Serve as customer advocate who speak on our customers’ behalf to Product and Engineering management for issue escalations or feature requests captured during client sessions.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are preferred.
Experience :
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on mobile technology or digital identity solutions.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing mobile identity projects, including mobile authentication, digital verification, and identity management platforms.
Knowledge or experience in Access Control Market preferred.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android) and identity-related technologies such as biometrics, MFA, and OAuth.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Understanding of security protocols and standards related to mobile identity (e.g., FIDO, SAML, OpenID).
Soft Skills :
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights.
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as windows, etc.
Familiar with CRM tools and analysis, such as Salesforce.com.
