A Test Technician in the Camarillo, CA area is needed for a multinational power management company. This role entails conducting electrical and mechanical testing on aerospace interconnect products, performing visual inspections, analyzing test data, and collaborating with engineers to execute test programs.

responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical testing on aerospace interconnect products.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product standards are met.
Review and understand electrical and mechanical test procedures.
Operate and maintain test equipment.
Collect and analyze test data.
Collaborate with engineers and third-party test labs to execute test programs.
Implement changes to improve test procedures' accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a test lab environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of industry test standards (e.g., EIA, MIL-STD).
Experience with general electrical test equipment (e.g., power supplies, multimeters).
Proficiency in soldering and wiring.
Experience in Aerospace testing and quality environment.
