Location: Remote work may be considered; however, preference is Orange County or Memphis for onsite support, as needed.

A Day in the Life

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide expert executive-level administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing Quality and the VP of Business Process Excellence. You will utilize your attention to detail, thoroughness, time management, and effective prioritization to:

  • Provide general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.

  • Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gather, compile and report on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

  • Administer inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.

  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

  • Prepare and distribute communications to the team and broader organization.

  • Support ERG/Developmental programs (i.e. HLN, SWE, WIO, etc) with coordination of events, meetings, and communications.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of administrative support experience

Nice to Have

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Experienced in using Zoom and Slido

  • Knowledgeable in Concur

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
